PS5 PRO ANNOUNCED

 

This PS5 Pro is here! Well, almost. Sony has announced their latest console iteration, which is set to release November 7, 2024, however pre-orders will become available September 26, 2024. Key features are enhanced graphics with their proprietary PlayStation Super Spectral Resolution (PSSR), optimized console performance, and advanced ray tracking. 

In layman's terms, the console is basically better in every way over the original PS5. Many people have concerns over the $700.00 price tag (especially with no disk drive or stand included), but this would make a nifty gift as Christmas is right around the corner. Any tech or video game enthusiast will get a kick out of this system. Reserve yours today!

Silent Hill 2

 

Who's ready for spooky season? I know I am! Releasing October 6, 2024, the Silent Hill 2 remake is hitting video game stores and retailers near you exclusively for the PS5 and PC systems. However, you can also pre-order them for the meantime and get your copy reserved (I know I have).

Silent Hill 2 is about a man named James who receives a letter from his deceased wife stating that she is waiting for him in a town named Silent Hill. What awaits him? Well, I think knowing that this is a horror game should be enough to tell you. This is a remake of the game that released back in 2001 that broke ground in storytelling in video games and showed what a horror game could be.

I highly recommend this game (for those 18 and up of course as it's rated M for mature). Reserve your copy today!

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

The long-awaited sequel to Tim Burton's 1988 Beetlejuice has hit theaters as of September 6, 2024. The movie features a returning cast with Michael Keaton, Catherine O' Hara, and Winona Rider as well as fresh faces with Jenna Ortega, Willen Dafoe, and Monica Bellucci. Halloween is just right around the corner, and this movie is a perfect way to get in the spooky spirit with friends and family. 

With a score of 77% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes this is sure to be a decent Halloween treat. See it at your local theater today!
